Angkor Wat itself, we saved for the next morning, getting there very early and coming in through the back where there were very few people... as we arrived the moon was setting over the temple:

Here's a fun mistake I made combing images into a high dynamic range composite, where I used images that did not match, but I like the effect, so I kept it

We decided not to wait for full sunrise, and while everyone else was waiting outside for the sunrise, we went in to see the temple without the crowd... the rising sun did give us some nice light as we wandered
